She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lemax and Marjorie Lemax (Campbell). She is survived by: her husband Peter; her sons, Jamie Young (Jennifer) and Nick Young (Jocelyn); her siblings, Cheryl VanKeekan (Gerry), Betty Couch (Larry), Brian Lemax and Bob Lemax (Marsha); and her grandchildren, Claire, Connor and Bryer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
