He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Samuel Boyd Anderson and Gladys Anderson (Winter); his wife Evelyn M. Anderson; his sister Joan DeVries; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Ritcey.
He is survived by: his sons, S. Boyd Anderson (Franscine) of Moncton and Ian B. Anderson (Gwendolyn) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Chow (Kenneth) of Hong Kong, Jennifer MacGillivray (Steven) of Vancouver, David Anderson of Atlanta, Georgia, Alexis Anderson (Tristan Capacchione) of Montreal and Kathleen Anderson (Emily Rose) of Toronto; his great grandchildren, Emily, Annabel Chow, Lily and Ewan MacGillivray; his nieces and nephews, Pamela Hosford, Peter Ritcey, Roberta DeVries and Adrian DeVries; and his daughter-in-law Mary Porter (John). He is also survived by his mother and sister had gone to stay with relatives.
