He is survived by: his wife Sandra Applebee (Parr); his children, Lisa Adams (Craig), Lindsay Evans (Adam) and Scott Applebee (Carrielyn); his grandchildren, Christopher Applebee, Max Applebee, Lukas Applebee and Ivy Wullenweber; and his siblings, Bill Applebee (Donna) and Judy Davies (Gord). He is also survived by his family and friends.
