He was predeceased by: his sister Karen Maxwell; and his parents, Dorothy Forsythe (Huskins) and Edward Forsythe. He is survived by: his wife Cindi Forsythe (MacPherson); his sons, James Forsythe (Lindsay Johnson) and Christopher Forsythe (Allison Ethier); his grandsons, Oliver, Russell, Zachary and Owen; his siblings, Blair Forsythe, Corrinne Carpenter (Paul) and Elaine Denton (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Kim MacPherson (Martha) and Trudy Brydges (late Bill). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and countless friends.
