He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sally; his children, Ryan Dawson, Nick Dawson, Melissa Cormier (Justin) and Samantha Melvin (Jesse); his grandchildren, Maycii, Nash and Myah; his parents, Julia Matilda "Tillie" Dawson and Cecil Dawson; his brother Brian Dawson (Karen); his parents-in-law, Alphonsus "Al" Donovan and Argentine "Tina" Donovan; and his sisters-in-law, Jill Donovan (Dan Ross) and Janice Donovan. He was also cherished by several nieces and a nephew.
