It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bonita Murray-Weir (Moncton, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron and Edna; and her former husband Glenn Douglas Murray. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Weir; her daughters, Cheryl and Tracey (Josh); her stepchildren, Rachael (Blair) and Andrew; her siblings, Barbara (Danny), Brenda (Keith), Richard (Angela) and Byron (Dorine); and her grandchildren, Collin, Austen, Nolan, Nora and Owen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fair Haven Funeral Home & Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Remembrance and Fellowship.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bonita's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
