He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Kelly and Evelyn Kelly (Layton). He is survived by: his sons, Jim Kelly of Moncton, Craig Kelly (Rosanne) of Moncton, Richard Kelly (Barbara) of Monteagle and Jeff Kelly of Monteagle; and his brother Ronnie Cudmore (Bonnie) of Moncton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
