With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Baby Serena Evelyn Joyce Billings (Moncton, New Brunswick), who passed away on July 24, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-grandparents, Lisa Colfer (Kevin), Chris Hogan, John, Albertine Hogan, Bliss Taylor, Ramona Gouchie and Lisa Billings (late Neale); her aunts, Kayla Taylor and Lily Colfer; and her uncle James Colfer. She was also cherished by her mom and dad, her maternal grandparents.
