He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Forsyth and June Forsyth (Barton); and his wife Lottie Forsyth. He is survived by: his children, Eileen Forsyth (Steve Park) of Cambridge, ON, Vaughn Forsyth of Barrie, ON and Beverly Matthews (Terry) of Kitchener, ON; his grandchildren, April Bevan, Cheryl Goga, Jessy Forsyth, Brittany McTaggart, Peter Forsyth and Thomas Vokey; and his close friend Jennie Steeves. He is also survived by his 7 great-grandsons.
