He was predeceased by: his wife Nora (Boudreau); his sister Esther (Sanborn); and his parents, Bliss Downey and Marion Downey (Dixson). He is survived by: his daughters, Kira (Kevin Thurbide) and Krista (Pete Smith); and his grandchildren, Amelia, Neil, Owen and Mason.
