He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cecil Adair, Greta Adair and Ernest Hay. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Hay and Karen Hay (Adair); his son Hayden Dixon; his brother Eric Hay (Danielle); his nephew Cohen; his niece Clara; his grandmother Margery Hay; and his son Samantha Dixon. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
