It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barry Hunter of Mispec, New Brunswick, born in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hunter and Ida Hunter (Toner); his brother Herbert Hunter; and his brother-in-law Art Duke. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hunter (Loughery); his children, Barry Hunter (Liane Spillios) of Edmonton, AB, Blayne Hunter of Saint John, Blake Hunter (Rachel) of Fredericton and Dawn Hunter (Al Walker) of Hampton; his siblings, James Hunter (Bev), Wayne Hunter (Lois), Roger Hunter (Susie), Peter Hunter (Joan) and Edith Duke of Mispec; his grandchildren, Lucas, Emma, Laurel, Owen and Linnae; and his brother-in-law David Loughery (Vaunda Lee).
Due to the pandemic and health regulations, a private Celebration of Barry's Life will be held for immediate family only on Thursday December 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
