She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Trotter and Helen Trotter; her grandson Alastair Lahtinen; and her siblings, Richard, Lester, Pat, Emmeron, Vernice and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Heather E. Lahtinen and David F. Meerwald of Toronto; and her siblings, Clover Lawton, Helen Gray of California and Louis Trotter of Ontario. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
