He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Loggie Bryenton (Bremner) of Route; his parents, Everett Bryenton and Agnes Bryenton (McAllister); and his brothers, Earl and Edward Bryenton.

He is survived by: his children, Heather Bryenton Cripps (Ken) of Fredericton and Robert Newton Bryenton (Shantelle) of Calgary; his sisters, Velma Wilson (Charles) of Sunny Corner and Hilda Rushbrook of Fredericton; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Benjamin Cripps and Wilson Bryenton.

In his memory, donations to New Brunswick Heart and Stroke, Canadian Diabetes Association or a memorial of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
