He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemmy Paul and Mary Peter Paul (Cloud); his wife Frances Peter Paul (Ward); and his siblings, Benedict, Isaac and Hilda.
He is survived by: his son Stephen Paul (Florence) of Metepenagiag; his sister Alice Johnson of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Mark, Tyson and Mallory; and his great grandchildren, Terrance, Brady, Alex, Aiden, Jace, Leah, Jaxon and Raina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
