He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hedquist and Lena Hedquist (Preston); his daughter Valerie; his siblings, Alberta Brown, Clifford and Jackie Hedquist; and his brothers-in-law, Don Callman and Jim Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Hedquist (Hersey); his daughters, Theresa Hedquist (Ulysse) of Miramichi and Sandra Theoret (John) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Nicholas) and Jordan (Hannah); his sisters, Sandy Caldwell (Wayne), Judy Callman and Linnea Evans; his niece Patricia Shields; his siblings-in-law, Joan Goodin and Bob Hersey; and his friend Kelly Adair-Godin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (10 Howard St, Miramichi, NB E1N3A7).
