He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McCormack and Opal McCormack (Masterton); and his siblings, Inez Kelly, Marg McLeod, Joanne Nichols, Isabel McCormack, Bob, Jimmy, Charlie and Hughie McCormack.

He is survived by: his wife Ann McCormack (McLean) of Miramichi; his sons, Jay McCormack of Miramichi and Kevin McCormack of Miramichi; and his brothers, Danny McCormack (Stephanie) of Miramichi, Wavell McCormack (Angela) of Miramichi and Johnny McCormack of Miramichi.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
