Shirley Mary Evelyn Estey Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Mary Evelyn Estey of Miramichi, New Brunswick, born in Upper Blackville, New Brunswick, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hinson Morehouse and Marion Alice Morehouse (Bell); and her sisters-in-law, Donna Morehouse, Donna McKenney, Rena Schultz and Phyllis Perdue.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Estey of Miramichi; her brother Dale Morehouse of Fredericton; her sons, Allen (Sherry) of Back Bay, Stephen (Nancy) of Bradley, ME and Jonathan (Deanna) of Miramichi; her sister-in-law Arlene Beckwith of Presque Isle, ME; her grandchildren, Cheryl Rees (Joel), Daniel Estey, Jennifer Webb (Luke), Aleicia Soards (Brandon), Jacklyn Estey, Nathan Estey, Katelyn French (Lucas) and Brayden Estey; and her great grandchildren, Sophie Rees, Ryan Rees, Lilly Baker, Sebastian Webb, Elliot Estey and Lucille Webb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Percy's Place, New Zion United Baptist Church or to a memorial of one's choice.
