With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Stephens of Miramichi, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 27, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Stephens to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Stephens and Edith Stephens; his wife Marian Stephens of Miramichi; his son-in-law Glenn; and his brothers, Raymond, Gordon and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan McGlinchey of Fredericton, NB, Cheryl Lee (Ambrose) of Markham, ON and Wanda Dorris (JP) of Moncton, NB; his grandchildren, Laurinda (Bob), Jeremy (Rebeka), Lana (Derrick), Roxanne and Danielle; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Peyton, Zoey, Noah and Maddy; and his sisters, Lottie Faye of Shelburne, NS and Marilyn Belong (Charlie) of Digby, NS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Ltd. (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated by the family.
