He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Sickles and Marion Sickles (Vautour); and his brother Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Sickles (Springer); his children, Vicki, Andrew of Miramichi, NB, Chris (Stacey) of Miramichi, NB, John of Miramichi, NB, Mike of Miramichi, NB and Todd (April Davis) of Miramichi, NB; his siblings, Darlene, Jackie, Peggy, Alice, Lorraine, Pearl, Tommy, Lloyd and Elwood "Joe"; his grandchildren, Amber Sickles, Stacey Matchett, Krysta Sickles, Kaylee Matchett and Ava Davis; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Jace, Kaydan and Paislee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
