He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Martin and Susan Martin (Vicaire); his brothers, Vincent and Michael; and his niece Cornellia.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy Martin of Eel Ground; his children, Charlene Ward of Natoaganeg, Priscilla Martin-Miller (Stephen Miller) of Natoaganeg and Derek Martin (Eel Ground) of Natoaganeg; his siblings, Joyce Sabattis (Mark) of Oromocto, Margaret Ward (Eel Ground) of Natoaganeg, Karen Martin (Mike Burns) of Natoaganeg and Chester Martin (Eel Ground) of Natoaganeg; his grandchildren, Austin, Amelia, Hannah, Lauren and Leah; his great grandchildren, Abby Jane and Kamden; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
