She is survived by: her children, Corey MacDonald (Jessica) of Newcastle and Tara MacDonald of Newcastle; her siblings, Elan Leslie (Rob), Kevin Sturgeon (Donna) of Renous, Brendon Sturgeon (Jenn) of Strathadam and Dwane Sturgeon (Daria) of Newcastle; her sisters-in-law, Cindy Lyons (MacDonald) and Kim MacDonald; and her great grandchild Scarlett of Calgary. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
