He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woods and Ellen Woods; and his siblings, Hubert, Dennis, Edward, Patrick, Daniel, Armand, Elizabeth, Sr., Kathleen, Loretta and Anna.

He is survived by: his wife Agatha; his children, Ivan (Carolyn), Eileen Bowes (Jerry), Greg (Tammy) and Joan Estes (Kumao); his grandchildren, Eric, Allison, Jennifer, Shannon, Jacob, Breanne and Kenzie; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Reese and Duncan.

As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of one's choice.
