He is survived by: his children, Rachel of Fredericton, NB, Katie of Metepenagiag, NB and R. J. of Metepenagiag, NB; his siblings, Mary Cloud, Connie Ward (Jacob) of Metepenagiag, NB, John Clayton Cloud, Jr., James Cloud of Metepenagiag, NB, Jason Cloud of Montreal, PQ and David Smith of Saint John, NB; and his granddaughter Kallie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy in Raymond's memory, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association .
