With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Queenie MacDonald of Miramichi, New Brunswick, born in Atholville, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 10, 2024 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Queenie MacDonald to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert MacGarvie and Mary MacGarvie (Thompson); her husband Melbourne MacDonald; and her siblings, Ronald, Stanley, Doris, Lillian and Susie.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy (Bradley Gorman) of Miramichi, Donna (Don Black) of Rothsay, Hudson (late Anita) of Langley, BC and Ronald of Miramichi; her grandchildren, Matthew Gorman (Amanda), Alexander Black (Danielle) and Sarah Shaw (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Claire and Desmond; her niece Kathy MacDonald of Miramichi; and her nephew Myles Brideau (Jackie) of Miramichi.
