He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus and Roseanne (Duplessis); and his siblings, Simone, Melvina, Diane, Reggie and Vincent.

He is survived by: his significant other Sheila MacNaughton; his significant other's children, Julie (Denie), Curtis (Shelby), Taylor and Alice; and his siblings, Margaret (Mike), Theresa, Rita (Gary), Sharon, Linda (Charles), Aileen (Wyatt), Georgina, Natania, Leonard (Lucy), Danny and Richard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

As expression of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
