She is survived by: her children, Pearl Jenkins of Fort McMurray, Barb Cook (Reggie), Rick Jenkins (Flo) of Beaverdam and Lynn Guitard (Shawn Fitzgerald) of Fredericton; her siblings, Eileen MacDonald (late Eddie), Marge Shurbert (Wayne), Louise Cook, Lorraine Gray (Real), Agnes Fosheim, Hugh (Shirley), Paul (Myrna) and Brian (Colleen); and her daughter Mary Holland. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it was Pat's wish that donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (http://www.heartandstroke.ca) and Hospice Houses (http://www.hospicefredericton.ca) of your choice, especially Fredericton.
