He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O'Neill and Adelia O'Neill (Poirier); his wife Claudette (Daigle); his brothers, Melvin, Donald and Johnny; and his children, Roxanne O'Neill-Gionet (Richard) of Miramichi, Glenda O'Neill-Wood (Shawn) of Miramichi, Darren O'Neill (Tammy) of Napan and Darlene Barry (Mark) of Napan.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Hailee, Devon Gionet, Kailla, Hillary, Katie Wood, Dylan Dickson, Brooke O'Neill, Brayden Babineau, Lydia and Aubrey Barry; and his siblings, Hazel McEwan of Greenwood, NS, Iona Jimmo of Escuminac, Dorothy Taylor of Napan, Gail Gingras of Bay du Vin and Raymond O'Neill (Pierrette) of Escuminac.
