She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Holmes and Annie Holmes (Stewart); her husband Jarvis; and her siblings, Gordon, Lee, Doug, Richard (Dick) and Frances.

She is survived by: her sons, Douglas (Karen) of Bathurst, NB, Rev. Daniel (Cynthia) of Barrington, NS and Dwight (Karen) of Doaktown, NB; her grandchildren, Benjamin (Leslie), Tyson (Annalise), Travis (April), Jonathan (Tatiana) and Amanda (Matthew); and her sisters, Rolla (late James) and Sharon (late Jerry). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
