He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Fowlie and May Fowlie (Gillis); and his sisters, Connie Daley and Ruby Foley. He is survived by: his wife Marion Fowlie (Adams); his sons, Randy Fowlie and Jamie Fowlie (Cindy); his sister Lynn Taylor (Ken); his grandchildren, Sam Fowlie (Jerica), Brooke Fowlie, Hogan Fowlie, Ruby Fowlie, Raya Fowlie and Hudson Fowlie; his stepgrandchildren, Trinity Evenden, Charlie Evenden Jr. and Byron Evenden; and his great grandchild Madison Fowlie.
