She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Morrison and Susan Morrison (Wilder); and her brothers, Myles and Dwight. She is survived by: her husband Paul Cook; her children, Barbara Taylor of Edmonton, Alberta and Edward Garinger of Nova Scotia; her stepchildren, Jennifer Walsh (Scott) of Miramichi and Jamie Cook (Christina) of Napan; her grandchildren, Chad, Amy, Arielle, Sam, Taylor-Rae, Julie-Anna and Addison; her great grandchildren, Leah, Logan, Wyatt, Nathan, Rhys, Diesel, Emma and Cypress; her sisters, Jackie Girouard (Neil) of Hamilton, Marjorie Morrison of Winnipeg and Heather Wilder-Harding (Jean-Marc Lacasse) of Winnipeg, Manitoba; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Ltd. (140 King St, Miramichi, NB E1N2N9). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Catholic Church (9371 NB-134, Saint Margarets, NB E1N5C3).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
