Merrill A. Matchett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2024, at the age of 54, Merrill A. Matchett of Miramichi, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Merrill's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Merrill's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Sr. Matchett and Margaret Matchett (Spray); and his sisters, Heather, Sharon and Shelley.

He is survived by: his brother John Matchett of Miramichi. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery (750 Water St, Miramichi, NB E1N4B8).

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or New Brunswick Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
