He was predeceased by: his parents, John Billingsley and Margaret Billingsley (Mamie). He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terry" Billingsley of Miramichi; his daughters, Terry-Lyn Shelton (Skip) of Toronto, ON and Peggy Billingsley (Darrel) of Fairbanks, Alaska; and his sister-in-law Viola Billingsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
