He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Bell. He is survived by: his parent Eileen Bell (Williston); his wife Dawn Williston; his children, Keri Gorman (Claude), David Bell (Cheryl) of Miramichi and Kevin Bell of Miramichi; his grandchildren, Brandon Gorman, Rachael Bell and Lindsay Bell; his sisters, Winnifred Blackmore of Miramichi and Rhona Ickringill of Coquitlam, B. C; and his son Robert. He is also survived by three sisters and four brothers.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Miramichi Foodbank or St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family.
