She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sturgeon and Maria Sturgeon (Sullivan); and her siblings, Cora Curtis, Olive Tucker, David, William, Hazen, Sherman, Clarence, Sterling, Myles, Norman, Lindsay and Jim.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence Tucker of Losier Hall; her children, Mildred Sullivan (Leroy) of Doaktown, NB, Diane Bonnar of Lower Sackville, NS, Lola Hogan (Drew) of Renous, NB, Penny Tucker of White Rapids, NB and Cary Tucker of Ontario; her sisters, Rita Sturgeon and Grace Astle; her grandchildren, Melanie Underhill, Candace Sullivan, Joseph, Lucas Bonnar, Christopher, Maria Hogan, Kelsey Keenan and Raina Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Ameila, Madison, Brody, Nate and Nora. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In Mary's memory, donations may be made to the Miramichi SPCA or to a memorial of one's choice.
