It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary MacDonald of Miramichi, New Brunswick, born in Belledune, New Brunswick, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lavigne and Ethel Lavigne (Russell); her husband James Edward MacDonald of Miramichi; her children, Nancy and Albert; and her siblings, Margaret and Arnold.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Daigle (Jean Marc) of Saint John, Robert MacDonald (Margaret Ann) of Miramichi and Darrell MacDonald (Cynthia) of Miramichi; and her siblings, Rose Jerry (Maruschak) of Woodstock, ON and Leo Lavigne of Pokeshaw, NB.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
