She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilmore McEwen and Goldie McEwen (Keays); and her brothers, John McEwen and Lyle McEwen. She is survived by: her husband Harald Aaen of Miramichi; her sons, Peter (Ljubica) of Denver, CO, Chris (Sarah) of Fredericton and Steven of Grand Prairie, AB; her grandchildren, Luka, Audrey and Gordon; and her nieces and nephews, Rikard, John, Mace, Lloyd, Merete and Christine.
