She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnston and Marion Johnston (Estey) of Princess St; and her daughter Lori Hanna. She is survived by: her husband Tom of Napan; her children, Lisa Knowles (Mike) of Antigonish, NS and Matthew Hanna (Julie) of Napan; her grandchildren, Justin of Halifax, NS, Chris of Toronto, ON and Aleesha Marilyn of Napan; and her sister Sharon Fraser (Dan O'Connor) of Halifax, NS. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Miramichi SPCA or Miramichi Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
