She was predeceased by: her parents, Alain Savoie and Alvina Savoie (Girouard); and her brother-in-law Norbert McGraw. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Girouard (Richard) of Miramichi and Rose McGraw (Sean Whelan) of Miramichi; her siblings, Annette McGraw (late Norbert) of Miramichi, Etienne Savoie (Sonia) of Lagaceville and Rodolphe Savoie (Lucienne) of New Jersey; and her grandchildren, Justine Girouard, Zach Girouard and Hannah Whelan.
In memory of Cecile, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
