She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Fraser (Ryan) and Donald Fraser; her brother Ryan; her husband Kerr Leonard; and her close friend Steve Fejes.

She is survived by: her sister Janet; her brother-in-law Leo Sullivan; her children, Maureen, Colleen (Mary), Don (Tracy), Tom, Kathy and Joe (Natasha); her grandchildren, Deirdre Anne, Fiona Arianne, Nolan Kerr Charles (Maureen), Jessica Robin, Joshua Anthony Daniel, Ryan Donald Thomas (Colleen), Sydney Graci-Rose, Donald Gabriel (Don), Mila Szofia and Pierce Daniel (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Michael William, David Paul, Gabriel Ryan Daniel and Thaila Rose Jessilyn (Jessica). She is also survived by "Nanny" by her grandchildren, "Mom" by her children.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Colchester East Hants Health Centre Foundation in memory of Elaine are welcomed.
