She was predeceased by: her parent William Leonard; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her parent Kate Leonard; her daughters, Cathy of Miramichi, Ellen Marie Veitch (Brad) of Winterport Maine, Brian (Cambria) of Dallas Texas and Colleen (David Watling) of Miramichi; her significant other Dolls; her grandchildren, Calder Reinsborough, Kellen Reinsborough, Alix Hershey (Kurt) and Reeve Reinsborough; and her sister-in-law Ellen Leonard. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St. Michael's Basilica, the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation or charity of the donor's choice.
