She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Duffy and Elizabeth Duffy; her husband James Lingley (Jim); and her siblings, Alvin, William, Barbara and Elgina.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell (Miramichi), Charlene Douglastown (Les), Herbie Miramichi (Addie), Wayne (Losier Hall) and Sonya Miramichi (Phil); her grandchildren, Kelly, Krystle, Ashley, Jimmy, Brenda and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Kenton, Haythem, Liam and Ava; her sisters, Elizabeth Kiervin St (Nin) and Sherry Theriault (David); and her brother-in-law Herman Cortes.
Donations may be made to a memorial of one's choice On March 2, 2021, with her loving family by her side, Margaret R. Lingley went to sleep at Miramichi Regional Hospital, and awakened in a better place, free from all suffering.
