She was predeceased by: her father Archibald Cook; and her siblings, Marie, Beryl, Pat, Marjorie, Eileen, Jeannie and Wendall.

She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Cook (Sullivan); her son Derrick Cook of Bolton Ontario; her grandchildren, Jessica, Lexi (Kalvin) and Noelle; and her siblings, Lorraine Gray (Rheal) of Miramichi, Aggie Fosheim of Miramichi, Paul Cook (Myrna) of St. Margaret's, Hughie Cook (Shirley) of Hamilton Ontario and Brian Cook (Colleen) of Glenwood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
