She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Stymiest and Beverly Stymiest (McLeod). She is survived by: her husband Ron Carter of Miramichi, NB; her children, Kari Carter (Joey Hachey) of Miramichi, Sarah Carter (Terry McFarlane) of Miramichi, John Carter (Laura) of Miramichi and Greg Carter Grand Bay (Faye Bellavance); her sister Ann McKeil (Don) of Lindsay, ON; and her grandchildren, Chelsea, Abby, Elizabeth, Leon and Annie.
