Leona J. Willoughby Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leona J. Willoughby of Miramichi, New Brunswick, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ferguson and Annie Ferguson (Bottrell); and her siblings, Evelyn, Gloria, Bruce, Doug and Roy.
She is survived by: her husband George Willoughby; her daughters, Anne Hubbell (Lee) of Oshawa and Deanna Sundberg (Todd) of Havelock, Ontario; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Alexandra (Ryan), Breanna (Oskar) and Ashley (Jake); her great grandchildren, Kaid and Rosie; and her siblings, Irene Herrington of Newcastle, Bernice Dale (Will) of Heisler, Alberta, Dave Ferguson (Marie) of Lindsay and Glen Ferguson (Donna) of Marshall, Saskatchewan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
