He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Malley and Josephine Malley (Taylor); and his siblings, Lillian McGrath, Joseph and Norman Malley.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Malley (Logan); his daughters, Linda Soares (Rob) of Winnipeg Manitoba, Kim Bisson (Rick) of Winnipeg Manitoba, Carol Ann Harstedt (Rob) of Australia and Marlene Malley of Miramichi; and his grandchildren, Giovanna Capriotti of Winnipeg and Joshua Soares of Winnipeg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
