He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuik and Jessie Josephine Van Kuik (Zammit). He is survived by: his wife Carrie Van Kuik (Corcoran) of St. Margaret's, NB; his stepmother Shirley Van Kuik (Piper); his children, Katie-Beth Van Kuik (Matthew Wagg) of Oshawa, Matthew Van Kuik of Oshawa and Adam Van Kuik; his brothers, Jeff Van Kuik (Sue) of Oshawa and Chris Van Kuik (Cathy) of Oshawa; his niece Kerri; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Ellianna, Alexander, Taylor, Morgan, Riley and Elsie.
