He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Rigley (Bud) and Evelyn Rigley (Clancy). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rigley (Whitty); his children, Joe Rigley (Ya-Ling Huang), Sarah Rigley MacDonald (Peter MacDonald) and David Rigley (Cindy Blakney); and his siblings, Kathy Kingston (Rigley), Leonard Kingston, John Rigley (Jack), Beth Rigley (Lordon), Evelyn Fletcher (Rigley), Michael Fletcher, Don Rigley, Michelle Daigle, Mary McEathron (Rigley) and Eldon McEatheron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
