He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Theophilis Culligan and Frances Culligan (Devereaux); his former wife Anne Marie Culligan (Aube); and his siblings, Mary Kay, Shirley, Lloyd and Bobby.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Culligan of Renaud Street; his children, Sean Culligan (Aime) of Kanata, ON, Nelson Culligan of Toronto, Debbie Emerson (John) of Chilliwack, BC, Laura Hare (Derrick) of Sunny Corner, Christina Whitney (Lee) of Trout Brook, Lisa Vanderbeck (Billy) of Sunny Corner and Philip Foran (Kim) of Black Falds, AB; and his siblings, Anita (Les Smith) of Halifax, Frank (Karla) of Belledune, NB, David of Belledune and Ronnie (Marie) of Miramichi. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
