He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis O'Neill and Marie O'Neill (Murdock); and his siblings, Nick, Bob, Peggy and Heather.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley O'Neill (Dunnett); his sons, Raymond (Christine), Shannon (Michelle) and Kirk (Crystal); his siblings, Donald O'Neill (Jean) of Miramichi, Michael O'Neill (Kathy) of St. John, Patrick O'Neill (Vicki) of Hampton, NB, Marilyn (late Gerald) of Miramichi, Betsy Smith (Gary) of Cape Breton, NB and Colleen O'Neill of Moncton, NB.; and his grandchildren, Owen, Joshua, Madison, Liam, Jay, Spencer and Mason.
